The Master Plan
CGC’s plans integrate a transit-oriented design including compact, walkable, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use infrastructure centered on high-quality roads and pedestrian walkways. The design goal is to focus on efficient, low-impact, people-oriented travel modes such as walking, cycling and public transit.
